The HemaDosha Blueprint® is the system I’ve been refining for decades — integrating blood type science with Ayurvedic wisdom to illuminate our terrain: the unique physiological and energetic design that shapes how we digest, move, think, rest, respond, and thrive.
Based on the four blood types and the three primary Ayurvedic constitutional patterns, this system reveals 12 distinct archetypes — each with specific guidance for designing our Ideal Cuisine, optimizing our metabolisms, stabilizing our nervous systems, and practicing the kind of self-care that truly nourishes us.

I didn’t design the HemaDosha Blueprint® as a theory.
I created it because I needed it.
In 1992, when I first encountered Ayurveda, it gave me something I had never had before — a language for understanding how out of balance I was… and more importantly, what to do about it.
It was revelatory. For the first time, my physiology made sense. My energy patterns made sense. The ways I would swing out of balance made sense. And the path back to center wasn’t mysterious — it was specific.
Several years later, when I discovered blood type science, it filled in key pieces that Ayurveda alone hadn’t fully explained for me. Certain metabolic patterns, responses to foods, and differences between women who appeared constitutionally similar.
And when those two systems clicked together, something extraordinary happened. The picture became clearer, and much more precise.
Over time, through practice, refinement, observation, and lived experience, the HemaDosha Blueprint® emerged.
Not as a concept, but as a map. A map I wish I’d had when I was trying to understand myself.
